The speaking part of the exam consists of four parts.
Speaking part 1
In speaking part 1 you are asked a few personal questions and are expected to give an answer. This is mostly just a warm-up section and the questions can feel a bit basic, but you should definitely be making sure to use advanced level language to give your answers.

Speaking part 2
In speaking part 2 each candidate is given a set of pictures and needs to talk about them individually for a minute. They have a specific question to answer.

Speaking part 3
In speaking part 3 the focus is on interactivity. Both candidates are given the same task and have to discuss a specific question and reach a conclusion.

Speaking part 4
In speaking part 4 the candidates are expected to have a natural discussion based on topics and questions the examiner will ask them about. Interactivity is essential in this part as well as the development of ideas and opinions.
